Dr. Lawrence chose family medicine since she enjoys caring for all ages. Her areas of expertise include breastfeeding support and prenatal care. She also values complementary medicine. Dr. Lawrence loves to help others optimize their health. She feels that nurturing, listening and problem-solving are her strengths. In addition to her own patient care, guiding resident physicians as they provide care is a priority for Dr. Lawrence, who is an associate program director at the Novant Health Family Medicine Residency. A native of North Carolina, she is married with four children who keep her very active. Outside the office, she enjoys any sport, craft, musical or outdoor activity with her family.
