    Dr. Steven M. White is a Charlotte native and an industry leader with nearly 30 years of experience in dentistry. He received his B.S. from Davidson College and earned his DDS from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill School of Dentistry. As a mentor at the Nash Institute for Dental Learning and an instructor at the Advanced Aesthetics Program, Dr. White is dedicated to advancing his craft and guiding fellow professionals. He holds memberships in esteemed organizations such as the American Dental Association, Charlotte Dental Society, Iredell Dental Society, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation. Dr. White has extensive continuing education in endodontics, implants, and Invisalign®, and he has served as an instructor for cosmetic veneers at the Advanced Aesthetics program in West Palm Beach. Outside the office, Dr. White is deeply committed to his family, married for over three decades and the father of five. He enjoys golfing, skiing, reading, and is actively involved at St. Marks Catholic Church. Patients know him for his meticulous, compassionate care, friendly nature, and genuine investment in building long-term, family-like relationships. With a B.S. from Auburn University and a DDS from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry, Dr. Haines combines technical skill with heartfelt patient care. He serves as a mentor at the Nash Institute and is certified by the American Dental Association, Charlotte Dental Society, Iredell Dental Society, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation. Dr. Haines is known for helping patients feel heard, cared for, and genuinely relaxed during their visits. Patients and their families appreciate his personal approach and his dedication to their lifelong oral health. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Haines is a proud husband and father of three, passionate about strength training, reading, time at his family farm in Elkin, NC, and cheering on the Auburn Tigers.     Dr. Claire E. Rodrigues, is a compassionate, highly accomplished dentist who brings a fresh perspective and a strong sense of community to White & Haines Advanced Dentistry. Growing up in a Navy family, she lived in 13 cities before settling in Charlotte, NC. Dr. Papp earned her B.S. in Business Management from Virginia Tech and her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM). In recognition of her dedication to service, she received the prestigious Humanitarian Award from the International College of Dentistry. She is also a board member of the Charlotte Dental Society and belongs to the American Dental Association, NC Dental Society, and American Academy of General Dentists. Dr. Papp has completed advanced training in molar endodontics and surgery. She finds joy in helping patients of all ages—especially children—grow more confident in their dental health. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Papp enjoys boating on Lake Norman, working out, reading, puzzles, traveling, and volunteering at the SPCA to promote dog adoptions. She treasures genuine relationships and goes above and beyond to make every patient feel cared for and comfortable throughout their experience.
